We hope that you are fully satisfied with your Star-Spangled Fish® product. However, if you are not, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. If returned items are not in their original packaging, we unfortunately cannot take them back. You are responsible for shipping charges for mailing returned items back to us. To arrange a return, please contact us at sales@usafish.com. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

4. Exchanges

If you received a faulty item, or your item was damaged in shipping, and you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact at sales@usafish.com within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement.
